Stefania graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2014 and Psychology in 2016 in Cracow, Poland. She was born in Poland and moved to Colorado in 2016. After moving to Colorado, Stefania continued her education at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder. She is a Certified Rolfer^® as well as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She is training in Craniosacral Therapy (with the Upledger Institute) and Rolf Movement^®. Her mission is to help clients feel better in their own bodies, increase body awareness, and through that, find better posture and more options for movement, build trust in client’s body ability to recover or find the way to move freely, gracefully, and with less pain or strain. She is very interested in the neuroscience of pain, scar tissue therapy, and movement sciences. She loves to work with people, practice and teach yoga, cook (and eat), read books (all of them), and play with her dog. She is also a mom to a wonderful, little boy, who keeps her on her toes all day long:)
