It was my first experience with Rolfing. Very impactful, engaging the mind, spirit, and body in a way I’ve been searching for with different bodywork modalities. It connected me to my body.
Prior to having received Rolfing, I ‘worked’ on having better posture. Now, I can ‘relax’ into good posture because my body is properly aligned from head to toe.
- Rolfing Client
You understand the body and know I don't need just a rub. I need actual body work done.
